I suspect that this heart necklace is sterling, but I'm not sure, so I've priced it as if it is not. The hearts are glass or stone, again, I can't tell. It measures 18 inches long and closes with a barrel clasp. The necklace that you see in the photo is the actual necklace you will receive.
