Description

Furnace glass (aka cane glass) beads are high quality glass canes, or rods of glass with one or many longitudinal colors, which are then encased in clear glass. The hot glass canes are pulled out to form linear and twisting stripe patterns, then cut in cross section into beads. Beads are approximately 4mm in width, with holes measuring 2mm. This listing is for a set of 2 beads. Unless you specify otherwise, I'll try to match them as closely as possible. In my research on the well-known craft site and many others, I found single matching beads averaging about $1.21 per bead! Matching beads vary slightly in size and thickness. These are American made, NOT cheap Chinese, but NOT David Christensen, either at this fabulous price. I do, however, think these are probably American.
