Cancer Awareness Ribbon Heart Lariat Necklace pendant is 15mm. It is made with pink beads that set off iridescent glass heart beads and lead-free pewter findings. This is the coolest style of necklace, ever! You don't have to know your neck measurements, and it can be worn as a choker or adjusted down as a longer necklace to suit your mood. You can even wrap it twice around your neck and then slip the end through the center ring again for a great look. Want a different color? Simply use the "request customization" button to request a different color-I even have different heart bead colors to match. Overall, it measures 32-34 inches, and the metal is lead-free pewter. For the alternative lifestyle folks out there, it looks like a discreet collar and leash! Whatever it means to you, this is a lovely piece at a lovely price.
